C: The coolest thing I've ever done is travel, and live, in Costa Rica for four months.

E: An essential part of my day is to wake up with a positive attitude. I don't let one bad thing in the morning dictate how the rest of my day will go.
F: Favorite food- Baked bread with a good salted butter. I never eat white bread or butter, so when I have both, I love it!
G: Gray or Black- Gray is my favorite neutral, whether it be for casual attire or fitness attire, gray goes with everything.
H: Height- I am 5'5 and I love it. However, sometimes I wish I could reach the top of my cabinet.
I: Interesting fact about me- Throughout high school, I performed in various musicals and took both dance and visual arts classes.
J: Ideal job- A personal trainer and chef. I would love to coach people on how to live healthy lives.
K: Knitting- I enjoy knitting. I have tried to crochet and it is way too difficult.
L: Level 2-The level of difficulty I like doing my exercises at is level 2! Level 2 exercises aren't too easy or too hard. Plus, I can always pump up the difficulty if I need to.
M: Married- No...not yet!
N: Nice- I have done for someone is treat them respect. I think you should be nice to people everyday.
O: Optimistic and open minded are two words I like to use to describe myself.
P: Positive-I try to stay positive everyday.
Q: Quitting is not an option for me. However if something is to difficult, I will take a break and try again.
R: Risk taker- I am not a risk taker. I admire those who can take risks.
S: Sassy is a perfect way to describe my personality, but I am also very sweet.
T: Tree pose is my favorite yoga pose. It's challenging, but I feel so accomplished when I am able to close my eyes, and stand in tree pose for at least five seconds.
U: Unity- I think that being unified is important, especially in relationships.
V: Variety is important! I enjoy eating various types of foods and varying my workouts.
W:Wellness- I love learning about wellness in my free time.
X: This a hard one...
Y: Yes! I try to yes to trying new things, even if they may seem weird or different.
Z: Zest- I like to zest citrus fruits. I love the way it smells in my kitchen.
