Today I realized I had not worked out my biceps, triceps and shoulders in over three days! That isn't that long but it's still a good bit of time, for me at least. I only have five pound weights at home, but one of my fitness goals is to tone up my arms. It's not necessary to lift heavy when you are trying to tone. I created a workout that would combine weighted exercises with body weight exercises.
Repeat this set three to five times. 15 reps for weighted exercises and 5 slow reps for body weight exercises.
1. Bicep Curls
- Wide Pushups
2. Bent over Tricep Kickbacks
- Tricep Dips
3. Shoulder Press
- Pushups
4. Upright Rows
- Tricep Pushups
