Lately, one of my fitness goals has been to incorporate different fruits and vegetables into my diet. I decided that a smoothie would be the easiest way to accomplish this goal. I have tried different smoothies in the past, but this seems to be the most filling smoothie I've made.
Ingredients
1-2 cups of spinach
1 banana
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of mango
2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter or 1 tbsp of regular peanut butter
Directions
Place the milk, yogurt, peanut butter, banana, mango and spinach into a blender, and blend for thirty seconds. Then, transfer the mixture to a cup and enjoy!
