Everyone knows that I love fitness, but sometimes I face an internal struggle of getting up an doing at least a thirty minute workout. When I have these internal struggles I think of how far I have come, and how far I have to go. I love living a healthy lifestyle, but I would like to lose some more weight. Admitting that to myself was the first step in overcoming the struggle. For about two weeks in June, I faced these internal struggles, partially it was due to a change in my work schedule which led me to being extremely tired, but most of it was me. When I realized how much I had slacked off, I turned to one of my friends who always works out and she said, "Maia it's important to at least do thirty minutes everyday". I agreed with her and ever since then I have begun to do something. I still have my rest days every week but I have finally made fitness my priority.
