Yesterday was a long day of work, cleaning and trying to keep up with life in general. Due to the heat, I was not able to workout early in the day,so, I decided to go to the gym later in the evening. I am trying to incorporate new challenges into my workout routines.These challenges have led to creating new goals. One of my goals is to walk two miles in thirty minutes and increase my rounds during my AMRAP routines. Yesterday I walked 1.7 miles during my thirty minute walk and completed 3-10 rounds during AMRAP sets. Below is the Monday's AMRAP and how many rounds I completed per set.
